Hi,
At the time of creation of case record element type in FLM I am unable to enter the parameter ID for "Model_ID" under connection parameter values and system is giving an error message as "General Error: Result of value check no record model found in specified RMS". I have already maintained the document class in element type "/PSINDS/SP_MODEL".
Please find attached screen shot. could any one please suggest where I have missed the config.
