We have nine SAP B1 licence and new to SAP. Due to some issue with our consultant they are not supporting us. Now we couldn't find our DATABASE name in logon screen. LICENCE SERVER ERROR problem while we connect with server. Please help us in this regard. Also a message showing that " if TAO Service stopped restart the licence server" . I have some doubts that can a consultant block our licence ? If so how can i come out of this issue. We are totally helpless. Our consultant didn't share any information with us regarding our SAP licence and Market place id. Please help u
